Our base is Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  Delivery of features is included in the cost of each feature if the location of the delivery is within 80 miles of our production house.  Additional fees for longer deliveries will be arranged at the time of sale.

Upon delivery, one of our builders will help to install each feature on your climbing wall.  You are responsible for having appropriate and sufficient ladders and ropes to get the features hoisted into place.
These features are heavy and usually require at least 2 or 3  people to do the install safely.  Our builder will oversee and actively participate in the installation, but one person cannot properly install these features solo.  You are responsibly for having enough staff to aide in the installation.

The fasteners used for installation are structural screws with built-in washers built to withstand pull-through and pull-out forces far exceeding anything a climber would generate.  These are screwed through the base of the feature and directly into your 3/4 inch plywood climbing wall.

Each feature, once installed, will sit flush with the climbing wall with a minimal gap between the bottom edge of the feature and the climbing wall.
