SJFormations is your source for handbuilt, one of a kind indoor climbing wall features. These features, or formations, are custom built to order. We start with the highest quality 3/4 inch project-grade plywood for the shell, cut matching interior supports for all of the joints, glue and screw everything, then prep for paint. Our paint is infused with a mild texture that has been tested to retain its grit for 10+ years. Finally each face is drilled and 3-screw t-nuts are installed in each of approximately 50 holes.
